SPA Etiquette
To make the most of your Spa experience and support the benefits of your treatment we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Please be informed that a late arrival will deprive you of your full treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your appointment will end as originally scheduled.
SPA Policies
To better service you we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance. Cancellation of treatments less than 4 hours in advance will be charged 50%. Guests using a gift certificate must also cancel within the required time or the gift certificate will be voided. Gift certificates, coupons or discount cards must be presented at check-in. No shows will be charged at full treatment rate.
